How AI usage works
OneTrade OS uses AI to take the slow, repetitive reading off your plate. It reads tender specifications, equipment schedules and supplier bills, and drafts documents like SWMS, so you can check the result instead of starting from scratch.
AI is optional
It's up to you how much you use AI, or whether you use it at all. You're never locked in. Everything AI can do for you, you can also enter by hand the normal way. Use it where it saves you time, and leave it off where it doesn't.
You only pay for what you use
AI is charged by how much it reads and writes, a bit like data on a phone plan. Reading a document costs a little. Writing an answer costs a little more. Most of the work is reading, so most tasks are cheap.

Every plan can use the AI features. Small Business pays as it goes. Medium Business includes $150 and Corporation includes $300 of AI each month. Usage is charged at what the AI provider charges us, plus a small handling margin, and AI stops at the monthly limit you set.
No. Setup is optional. If you'd rather set the system up yourself, there's no setup fee. If you want us to do it, we set up your system and bring your data across for a one-off fee, quoted to the size of the job.
No. Add-ons are a flat yearly fee for a specific feature, on top of any plan. If you don't need it, don't pay for it.
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Tell us. Custom forms, workflows, pricing rules and reports can be built into your instance. Custom work isn't included in the plan price: it's quoted depending on the level of change required, and we scope it with you before anything starts. Founding members get 20% off.
